The Story Wines Grampians Syrah is made with cool climate fruit from the Hyde Park and Westgate Vineyards in the Grampians.

Most of the fruit is destemmed though a small portion, around one quarter, is left as whole bunches. The grapes are moved by gravity to open fermenters for natural yeast fermentation. The wine matures in predominantly seasoned oak.

Crimson red, The Story Wines Grampians Syrah is medium bodied with gentle tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
